Fine-Tuning PSG to Serve You Better

Over the past month we have implemented some changes within the business model of Professional Staffing Group to strengthen our service to our clients and candidates. These changes have resulted in some new hires, fine tuning task responsibilities assigned to team members and the transition of some team members who have played important roles in getting our company to where it is today to positions outside of our current company structure.

We welcome to the team Briana LoChiatto as our Recruitment Team Leader, Sophia Maneck as a Recruiter and David Waugh as our Marketing Coordinator. You will be learning more about them and their respective roles in the coming months and on the Team Members page of our website (  Also, in the past month Monique Boyer has transitioned out of our company structure after  years of valuable leadership, and Sarah Wolfe, a recruiter with us for the past 8 years, has tenured her resignation to explore new opportunities available to her. Monique and Sarah have been more than employees; they have become family members and we wish them the best in their future pursuits.  With changes within our team, some staff responsibilities have been modified and training was increased. The skills of each member has been strengthened and our response time to the filling of our clients’ staffing needs has shortened.

Never willing to rest upon past success, we believe that you, our clients and candidates, will find these transitions to be enhancements of the top flight service which we have sought to provide since the day we opened our doors to you.
