Our clients are seeking experienced Full Charge Bookkeepers and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialists with 2+ years of recent experience in these areas. Either a two-year or four-year degree in accounting is preferred for each position. Candidates who have handled bookkeeping in a CPA firm are encouraged to apply.

 Full Charge Bookkeeping Duties:

  • General Ledger/Accounting

Full Charge Bookkeeping Requirements:

  • 2+ years recent Full Charge Bookkeeping Experience
  • Comfortable learning new accounting software. QuickBooks experience preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, including ability to create spreadsheets and formulas
  • Proficient with General Ledgers, Balance Sheets, Journal Entries, etc.
  • 10-key calculator skills
  • Ability to reconcile bank statements for up to 20+ bank accounts
  • Must be very detail oriented and conscientious about triple checking your work, as any errors have immediate financial consequences due to the nature of their business
  • 2 or 4 year college degree in Accounting is preferred

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; record entries.
  • Pay vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verify federal id numbers; schedule and prepare checks; resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insure credit is received for outstanding memos; issue stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
  • Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; prepare checks.
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
  • Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
  • Maintain historical records by microfilming and filing documents.
  • Disburse petty cash by recording entry; verify documentation.
  • Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:

  • 2+ years related experience
  • High School degree; some college level Accounting courses preferred
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Ability to maintain and nurture vendor relationships
  • Must have attention to detail and organizational skills

The person in this position will be responsible for documenting accurate and detailed information of patient referrals. Network Administrator

Our client is looking for a Network Administrator to work with their Infrastructure, Application Developers, and Telecom team members to support the company’s entire IT network environment.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in network administration. The position requires an individual who takes initiative, pays attention to details, communicates clearly and persuasively in both positive and negative situations, contributes to building positive team morale, and is present and on time for work. Skills and Certifications:

  • REQUIRED: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure Virtual Private Networks (remote users and LAN to LAN)
  • Install and configure network infrastructure (routers, Firewalls, switches, etc.)
  • Administer network infrastructure / Remote Access / NAC login accounts, groups, and roles
  • Define the monitoring schedule and create automated jobs for common monitoring tasks
  • Analyze monitoring reports and identify performance trends
  • Respond to system alerts and provide problem details to other staff
  • Make recommendations when additional hardware / bandwidth is required
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, upgrades, strategies, and services
  • Document installations and changes
  • Create and maintain a reliable backup and recovery plan
  • Provide input on new technologies, hardware, software, and operating systems to meet company and IT department strategic goals
  • Work with external vendors and internal clients to resolve server issues and to implement internal and external projects
